ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“ExxonMobil”) has completed the sale of its Esso-branded retail station business in Singapore to Aster Mobility Solutions 1 Pte. Ltd. (“AMS1”), part of the Chandra Asri Group. Effective 1 January 2026, AMS1 owns the Esso Fleet Card programme. Your customer data has also been transferred to AMS1.
